The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested Joseph E. Richardson, 32, following an investigation for criminal contempt 1st.<\/p>\n

The investigation found Richardson, who is currently incarcerated at the Wyoming County Jail, was assisted by another inmate in making contact with a female victim who has an order of protection against Richardson.<\/p>\n

Richardson was arrested for criminal contempt 1st and arraigned in the Village of Warsaw court in front of Justice Errington.<\/p>\n

Richardson was committed back to jail on no bail with a return date of April 16, 2018.<\/p>\n
