Keith R. Kendrick AKA”Sosa”, 26, of Viola Drive, North Chili, is charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.<\/p>\n

Denzel T. Hall, 25, of Stenwick Drive, Rochester, NY, is charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony.<\/p>\n

Donna M. Fidanza, 48, of State St., Batavia, is charged with criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony.<\/p>\n
Heath D. Snyder, 47, of Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.<\/p>\n
Joseph M. Marranco, 47, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.<\/p>\n
Madalyn R. Muntz, 32, of\u00a0 Evans St., is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n
Upon entering the residence, Officers allegedly found a quantity of crack cocaine, a quantity of\u00a0 methamphetamine, a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the apartment.<\/p>\n
It is also alleged that Donna Fidanza was allowing her apartment to be used for the unlawful sale of crack cocaine.<\/p>\n
Kendrick and Hall were arraigned in City Court and jailed on cash bail. The remaining four people were released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
