Melissa R. Piazza, 27, of Jackson Sq., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th following an investigation where she allegedly used a stolen credit card to purchase items at 99 Jackson street, the Kwik Fill, on November 22, 2016.<\/p>\n
Piazza was arraigned on January 18, 2017 in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n

Kevin E. Dolison, 21, of Meadow Dr., Geneseo, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for a domestic incident in which he allegedly struck another person. Dolison was charged with harassment 2nd on November 30, 2016 at a residence on S. Main street.<\/p>\n
Dolison was released after posting bail and will re-appear in City Court on January 31, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Carolyn L. Magoffin, 33, of Colby Rd., Darien, was arrested on an outstanding City Court bench warrant after she failed to appear at a scheduled court date after an incident on Pearl Street on October 11, 2016.<\/p>\n
Magoffin posted $500 police bail and was released.<\/p>\n

Julia L. Tombari, 22, of Highland Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia after allegedly being found to be in possession of a controlled substance not prescribed to her along with packaging and other drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Tombari was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court on January 24, 2107 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Falicia N. Tuczai, 26, of Prospect Ave., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an investigation where Tuczai allegedly trespassed upon property on South Main street on January 19, 2017.<\/p>\n
Tuczai had been previously told not to return to the property by the Batavia Police.<\/p>\n
