Gostomski, 35, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and DWI\/Leandra&#8217;s Law, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while having a child less than 4 years old unrestrained in the back seat following a call into 911 for a male subject slumped over the wheel of his car at 680 Broadway Road in Darien on April 3, 2023 at 6:57p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gostomski was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on April 18, 2023 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott E. Clark, 62, of Stafford, NY, is charged with DWI, failure to obey a police officer and driving left of pavement markings, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol on Rt. 262 in the Town of Elba on March 10, 2023 at 6:37p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clark was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew W. Taylor, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree after allegedly damaging property, a bed frame, at the Genesee County Jail, 14 West Main Street, on April 2, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taylor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on April 25, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony J.
