He also prevented them from contacting emergency services.<\/p>\n<p>Rumble was issued an appearance ticket and was released.<\/p>\n<p>He appeared in City Court this morning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 17 year old female is charged with trespassing after she allegedly entered a location on Hutchins Place April 4, 2018 at 4:00p.m. that she was told to stay away from.
