While deputies were responding, Bliss Ambulance personnel arrived on location and advised that the driver had fled on foot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon deputies&#8217; arrival, the driver, identified as Chase Cartwright, 25 of Bliss, NY, was quickly taken into custody. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cartwright was subsequently charged with moving from a lane unsafely, operating without motorcycle endorsement, driving while ability impaired by drugs, and driving while ability impaired by combination drugs and\/or alcohol.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cartwright was issued an appearance ticket to the Eagle Court on a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to Route 39 in Eagle, for a motorcycle accidentreported with injury on April 14, 2023.
