Murphy, 45, of Perry, NY, charging him with DWI.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Lagrange Road in the town of Covington, Murphy was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers say Murphy had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murphy had failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit to a chemical test.\u00a0 Murphy was released with appearance tickets for the town of Covington court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 23, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jeffrey G.
