Williams, 63, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, sidewings\/side windows nontransparent and plates covered by glass or plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 25, 2023 at 6:56a.m., Williams was arrested and charged with the above charges after allegedly being in possession of cocaine following a traffic stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on June 5, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert E. Sacher, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI in the town of Batavia on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on April 13, 2023 at 3:11p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacher was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 11, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nathan P. Crawford, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kohls on April 19, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crawford was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeenathan R.
