Rachael M. Lochner, 23, of Janice Dr., Rochester, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, aggravated DWI with a child less than 16 in the vehicle, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on South street road in the Town of Pavilion on April 4, 2018.<\/p>\n
Lochner was allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol when her vehicle left the roadway striking two fences and causing property damage to two other vehicles and a building.<\/p>\n
Lochner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on May 15, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Arnold J. Oberlander Jr., 54, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy on April 5, 2018.<\/p>\n
Oberlander allegedly committed several NYS vehicle and traffic violations and allegedly unlawfully possessed marijuana.<\/p>\n
He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on May 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m. and he will also appear in\u00a0 Byron Town Court.<\/p>\n
