Timothy M. Scanlan, 25, of Genesee St., LeRoy, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 3rd, a class E felony, and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, after execution of a search warrant.<\/p>\n
Scanlan was allegedly found in possession of a large quantity of marijuana, a quantity of suboxone and Loritab pills.<\/p>\n
Drug Task Force members also seized a quantity of U.S. currency.<\/p>\n
Scanlan was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office, uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the LeRoy Police Department.<\/p>\n

Gregory W. Houseknecht, 26, of College View Dr., Batavia is charged with petit larceny following an incident at Wal-mart where he allegedly stole merchandise on January 19, 2017.<\/p>\n
Houseknecht was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 9, 2017.<\/p>\n

Craig S. McKenzie Jr., 19, of Batavia Stafford Townline Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Batavia Court on January 19, 2017.\u00a0 McKenzie failed to appear in court on a petit larceny charge in an incident that occurred at Wal-mart on September 27, 2016.<\/p>\n
He was released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in court on February 14, 2017.<\/p>\n

Randy R. Reiner, 22, of Washington St., Akron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a disabled vehicle at 1451 Main road in Pembroke on January 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
During the investigation, it was determined that Reiner was allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana and also allegedly possessed 16 different marijuana smoking devices containing burnt marijuana residue.<\/p>\n
Reiner was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 16, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
