Rueben O. Walker, 33, of Ellicott St., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th and criminal impersonation 2nd after allegedly attempting to make a purchase using a credit\/debit card belonging to another person whom he claimed to know on April 5, 2018 at 419 West Main street.<\/p>\n

Walker did not have permission to possess or use the card.<\/p>\n

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of no bail.<\/p>\n

Walker returned to City Court on April 6, 2018 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n
