Rivers, 23, of Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic dispute on Batavia Stafford Townline road on April 8, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Rivers allegedly pushed and then punched a person in the face.<\/p>\n<p>He was released on an appearance ticket and appeared in Batavia Town Court on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amber R. Klimczak, 36, of Main St., York, NY, is charged with criminal impersonation, aggravated unauthorized operation 3rd and a headlight violation after allegedly impersonating another person during a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Drive on February 25, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Klimczak was allegedly trying to prevent arrest after operating a motor vehicle while having her privileges revoked. She was arrested on April 9, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Klimczak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kevin A.
