Thomas, 19, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by having the protected party at his residence where he stayed for several hours on April 9, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas appeared in court earlier today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Octavio M.
