Snyder had been released from custody, either on bail or on her own recognizance, upon the condition that she would appear personally in County Court\u00a0 in connection with a felony charge against her.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Steven Obara has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury on the class A felony charge of DWI after he was found operating a vehicle on Rt. 33 while he was allegedly in an intoxicated condition on October 8, 2017.
