On May 5, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Mercedes M. Mccoy, 33, of Attica, NY, for Aggravated DWI\/Leandra\u2019s Law and endangering the welfare of a child.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street in the town of Marilla and during the interview, Mccoy was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.\u00a0 Mccoy had failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 She was arrested and transported to SP Elma, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.18% BAC.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mccoy was released with appearance tickets for the town of Marilla court, where she is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
