Page, 38,\u00a0 of Edgeware Rd. Rochester was arrested and charged with petit larceny after he was allegedly found loading scrap metal from a local business on Clinton street in Stafford into a vehicle that he was in control and possession of at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Page was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on May 15, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n<p>He is also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and operating a vehicle without an interlock device.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 14, 2018 at 11:44 p.m., James B.
