Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after a report of a stolen wallet at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive, Walmart, on March 20, 2023 at about 9:02p.m.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On May 23, 2023, following an investigation, Broadbent was arrested and charged after allegedly stealing a wallet containing cash and multiple credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Broadbent was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will return to court on June 3, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brittany L. Bolton, 23, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly concealing $45.32 worth of merchandise in her purse and failed to scan all items at the self-checkout. Bolton then allegedly passed all points of sale without paying for the concealed items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bolton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Batavia Court on June 13, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shawnna L. Lamont, 33, of Page Rd., Perry, NY. is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance while she was detained on two outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lamont was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on June 7, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamie L.
