During the traffic stop it was determined that the vehicle was in fact reported stolen out of Broome County, NY. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patrols identified the driver and passengers in the vehicle as Patrick (son) and Marcus McMillan (Father).
