Selimovic was charged with unlawful possession of unstamped cigarettes<\/p>\n<p>Also charged was Mirnes Kozarac, 35, of Lansing St., Utica.<\/p>\n<p>Kozarac was found to allegedly be in possession of 2,200 untaxed cigarettes during the traffic stop.<\/p>\n<p>Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 7, 2017 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salim Selimovic, 60, of Mulberry St, Utica, was stopped on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on January 22, 2017 for allegedly operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed view.
