Kapilevich, 45, of Lancaster, NY, charging her with Aggravated DWI\/Leandra\u2019s Law.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Harris Hill Road in the town of Clarence, Kapilevich was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Kapilevich had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapilevich failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 She was arrested and transported to SP Clarence, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19% BAC.\u00a0 Kapilevich was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where she is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 26, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nigar E.
