All calls are confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kenneth D. Robinson Jr., 49, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after being stopped for a VTL violation on Rt. 33 in Stafford, NY on June 4, 2023, at 1:59AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the stop, a glassine bag containing crack cocaine was located in the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on July 13, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gregory A.
