Bachorski, 35, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on a sealed Grand Jury Indictment Warrant on April 20, 2018, after allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force in December of 2017 in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n<p>Bachorski is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Zambito and jailed in lieu of $20,000 cash bail and $40,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n<p>Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney&#8217;s Office assisted Task Force members with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joshua G.
