Howard graduated from Albion High School in 1916.\u00a0 In 1937, he started the Santa School and Christmas Park on Phipps Road in Albion. He was the Macy\u2019s Day Parade Santa from 1948 -1965, and did this until his death in 1966.\u00a0The Christmas Park was a destination for many people in the area and the world.\u00a0 Link to
