Brock, 18, of Wellington Ave., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding over 55mph after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Batavia on April 22, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Brock was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jorden E. Prescott, 23, of Ellicott St. Rd., East Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding over 55mph after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Bergen on April 21, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Following the completion of Standard Field Sobriety Tests, Prescott was arrested and processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Prescott will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 30, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alexis R.
