Jeremy R. Leising, 21, of Roll Rd., Akron, was picked up on a Grand Jury indictment warrant during a traffic stop in Erie County on January 21, 2017.\u00a0 He was a passenger in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Leising is charged with 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.<\/p>\n
He allegedly sold a quantity of fentanyl on one occasion and heroin on another separate occasion to an operative of the Genesee County drug Task Force while in the Town of Alabama.<\/p>\n
Leising was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and was then jailed .<\/p>\n
The Genesee County District Attorney’s Office and Uniform members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and Erie County Sheriff’s Office assisted Task Force members with the investigation.<\/p>\n
