Morgan L. Cox Sr., 50, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and aggravated family offense after he violated a complete stay away order of protection on April 19, 2018.<\/p>\n

Cox was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 24, 2018.<\/p>\n

Luis A. Ramos-Mercado, 33, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd after allegedly being found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 100 Main street in Batavia in April 13, 2018.<\/p>\n

Ramos-Mercado was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on April 24, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Frankie J. McQueen, 27, of Broadway Rd., Alden, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant after she failed to appear in court as directed. McQueen also failed to adhere to the terms of her sentence.<\/p>\n

The warrant stems from an arrest where McQueen pleaded guilty to the reduced charges of DWAI and improper parking after being arrested for traffic offenses in 2017.<\/p>\n
