Malone, 41, of Ellicott St. Rd., Bethany, NY, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree\/physical contact, after allegedly punching a person and choking them while in the presence of a juvenile on June 14, 2023, at 4:00p.m. in Bethany, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malone was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark J. Kaszubski, 42, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely, following an incident on Rt. 20 in the Town of Alexander on June 9, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A passerby notified police of a vehicle operating eastbound on RT. 20 with a flat tire. Kaszubski is due to appear in the Town of Alexander Court on June 20, 2023, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tiffany L. Johnson, 35, of Redmond St., Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop in front of 9993 Alleghany Road, on June 17, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She is to appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 11, 2023 at 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee A. Baxter, 39, of West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing an electric bicycle from a residence on June 12, 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baxter was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was issued an appearance ticket. Baxter is set to return to Batavia Town Court on July 4, 2023 at 3:00PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katherine A.
