King Jr., 36, of Main Street Rd., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly fell asleep due to prescribed medication and as a result his 2 year old son exited the residence and was alone for a period of time on April 24, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>King was processed at the jail and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on May 21, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Olivia N. Smith, 21, of School St., Batavia, is charged with DWAI\/alcohol\/drugs, possession of a forged driver&#8217;s license and open container following a check the welfare call at a vehicle that was roadside on Clinton street road in Bergen on April 20, 2018 at 11:30p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail for breath test and drug influence evaluation administered by a Sheriff&#8217;s investigator.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on June 20, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>David W.
