Tuttle, 20, of Belmont, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Holland Road in the town of Java, Tuttle was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.\u00a0 Tuttle had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttle failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttle was released with appearance tickets for the town of Java court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 24, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Christian P.
