Frongetta, 53, of Park Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree and menacing 2nd degree, after threatening another person with a weapon, making them fear for their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on July 1, 2023 at 8 :44p.m. on Park Road in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frongetta was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maurice R. McCoy, 70, of North St., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic offense at Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, Batavia, NY, at 9:23p.m. July 2, 2023, after previously being arrested earlier in the day for DWI in the town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCoy was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCoy will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 17, 2023, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew S. Hartman, 40, of Rt. 78 Java Center, NY, is charged with inadequate headlamps, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic stop on July 2, 2023, on Clinton St. Rd., in Stafford at 12:13a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hartman will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 20, 2023 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Francis J. Fuest, 44, of S. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI\/driving with a BAC of .18%\/no priors, DWI, and speeding in a 55mph zone on Clinton St. Rd. in Batavia on May 25, 2023, following a traffic stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuest was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuest was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuest will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 11, 2023 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mark L.
