Agosto Santiago, 39, of Ravine Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after allegedly stealing $1,384. 90 worth of merchandise from a department store at 4300 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on July 6, 2023, at 12:41p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agosto Santiago passed all points of purchase without rendering payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agosto Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 25, 2023, at 3:00PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cologeno A. Gallo, 19, of Calpin Parkway, Clarence, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing a backpack containing more than $1,000 worth of property while inside the Darien Lake Theme Park on Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on July 4, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher J. Tunney, 48, of Pierpoint St., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being in possession of cocaine following his arrest for an active arrest warrant issued out of Ontario County. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tunney was arrested on July 7, 2023, and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 18, 2023 at 3:00PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rebecca R.
