Dylan J. Perry, 36, of Kingsbury Ave., Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd and petit larceny after allegedly unlawfully entering a business on Broadway road in December of 2017 and stealing money.<\/p>\n

Perry was located in Manchester, Tennessee and extradited back to New York last month after being arrested there on separate charges.<\/p>\n

Perry was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail pending further proceedings.<\/p>\n
