Martino, 31, of 14 W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with attempted assault 3rd degree after an incident at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main Street on July 22, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martino was issued appearance tickets and and released back to the custody of the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martino is due to appear in Batavia City Court on August 9, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph L. Hampton, 26, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, NY, is charged with harassment 3rd degree after allegedly pushing a female. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hampton was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order of protection was issued, and Hampton is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 1, 2023, at 1:00pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jada L. Coursey, 32, of W. Fifth Ave., Warren, PA, is charged with harassment 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of child after a domestic incident on July 17, 2023, at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coursey allegedly struck another person in front of a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coursey was released with appearance tickets and is due to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 8th, 2023, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&#8217;Neil DeJesus Cruz, 34, of Poplar Ave., Mineral, VA, is charged with DWI\/drugs after allegedly operating a semi-truck while allegedly under the influence of drugs after a driving complaint on July 21, 2023, at 8:21p.m. on Alleghany Road in Pembroke, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DeJesus Cruz was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Pembroke Town Court on August 10, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richard A. Demmer Jr., 30, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Crosby&#8217;s Store at 2594 Main Road in East Pembroke on July 18, 2023 at 8:20a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demmer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 9, 2023, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel J. Torok Jr., 36, of Liberty Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree on W. Main St. in Batavia on July 22, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Torok was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on August 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joshua L.
