Willie A Dozier, 49, of Terrace Park, Rochester, is charged with two counts of burglary 3rd and conspiracy 5th degree following the investigation into a burglary that occurred at Plaza Spirits at 563 East Main street on November 16, 2017 and a burglary that occurred at Mr. Wine and Liquor at 8351 Lewiston road on August 12, 2017.<\/p>\n

Dozier was jailed without bail and appeared in City Court on May 4, 2018.<\/p>\n

The incidents are being investigated by Detective Thad Mart with assistance from Detective Eric Hill of the City of Batavia Police Department.<\/p>\n
