Michael J. Panepento, 21, of North St. Rd., LeRoy, is charged with assault 3rd after allegedly punching another man in the head several times during an argument on Lake road in Pavilion on April 28, 2018.<\/p>\n
The victim suffered substantial swelling, bruising and a cut.<\/p>\n
Panepento was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on June 5, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n
The victim was treated at UMMC and released.<\/p>\n

Nicholas M. Erway, 21,of\u00a0 E. Robinson Rd., North Tonawanda, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18 % or more and stopping on a highway following a complaint in the Town of Alabama in Rt. 77 on May 6, 2018 12:04a.m.<\/p>\n
Erway was allegedly found sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle while it was stopped in the southbound lane of Rt. 77.<\/p>\n
Following Field Sobriety tests, Erway was arrested.<\/p>\n
He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 27, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n

June A. Weinert, 29, of Freeman road, Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone, moving from a lane unsafely and open container following a traffic stop on Batavia Stafford Townline road in Batavia on May 5, 2018 at 3:23a.m.<\/p>\n
