Aiken allegedly damaged property in the incident and was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 bail.<\/p>\n

Erin M. George, 30, of Horseshoe Lake Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and speeding in a zone following a traffic stop for speeding on W. Main street on April 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
George was processed and will appear in City Court on May 9, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Jennifer A. Noll, 38, of Harvester Ave., Batavia, was arrested for violating Batavia Municipal Code 139-11(B) , after allegedly soliciting alms by asking citizens for money at 99 Jackson street, near the Kwik Fill on April 30, 2018.<\/p>\n
Noll had been warned previously about her conduct.<\/p>\n
She will appear in City Court on May 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

James C. Emerson, 56 ,of Church St., East Pembroke, was arrested on a City Court arrest warrant by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to Batavia Police. Emerson posted bail at Police Headquarters and was issued an appearance ticket and released. Emerson was arrested for failure to appear after an incident in August of 2015.<\/p>\n
He will appear in City Court on May 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Miguel E. Alvarez, 23, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly stealing property belonging to another person on Maple street on April 25, 2018.<\/p>\n
Alvarez was also allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana when he was arrested.<\/p>\n
Alvarez was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on May 1, 2018.<\/p>\n

Angela R. Bateman, 45, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd following a report of a disturbance in the area of 11 Pringle avenue on May 1, 2018.<\/p>\n
Bateman was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Steven M. Morales, 42, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th following a traffic stop on Central avenue on May 3, 2018.<\/p>\n
Morales was allegedly found to be in possession of a glass crack pipe with residue in it.<\/p>\n
Morales was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n

Darien L. Rhodes, 25, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an investigation on Dellinger avenue on May 1, 2018.<\/p>\n
Rhodes was issued an appearance ticket and released. Rhodes will appear in City Court on May 15, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
