On May 4, 2018, Domingo Gomez-Gomez, 50, of Alexander Rd., Alexander, was charged with rape 1st, possession of a forged instrument and offering a false instrument for filing\/intent to defraud after an incident that occurred on April 28, 2018 in Alexander.<\/p>\n

Gomez-Gomez allegedly forced a female he worked with to have sexual intercourse with him.<\/p>\n

When questioned by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department investigators, Gomez-Gomez allegedly possessed numerous false instruments to identify himself.<\/p>\n

He was arraigned in Saturday May 5, 2018 in Alexander Town Court and is being held on $100,000\/$200,000 cash\/bond bail.<\/p>\n

Gomez-Gomez is scheduled to return to Alexander Town court on June 12, 2018 to answer the charges.<\/p>\n
