Hostetler, 50, of Warsaw, NY, charging her with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 12, 2023, Troopers responded to Rt. 19 in the village of Warsaw for a complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway. Troopers observed Hostetler traveling south on Rt. 19 in Warsaw allegedly failing to maintain her lane. A traffic stop was initiated on Rt. 19, and Hostetler was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. She was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Hostetler recorded a .09% BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hostetler was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Warsaw court for September 18, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Sandra L.
