{"id":45715,"date":"2023-08-15T13:17:02","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T17:17:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=45715"},"modified":"2023-08-15T13:17:02","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T17:17:02","slug":"wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-august-15-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2023\/08\/15\/wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-august-15-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF&#8217;S REPORT\/August 15, 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 8th, 2023, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to an<br>incident on Embury Avenue in the Town of Castile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, Colin McMurtry, 41, of Castile, NY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended NYS driver&#8217;s license.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McMurtry was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, uninspected<br>motor vehicle and forged inspection.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McMurtry is to appear in Castile Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 11th, 2023, at about 12:39p.m., Frank A. Guy, 53, of Pike, NY, was arrested following a<br>traffic stop on East Koy Road near Lamont Road in the Town of Pike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guy is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended\/revoked registration and uninspected motor vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guy was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Pike Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 8th, 2023, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to anincident on Embury Avenue in the Town of Castile.
