Streit, 22, of Alden, NY, for driving while intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Schad Road in the town of Bennington.\u00a0 During the interview, Streit was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment and Troopers determined Streit had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0Streit failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14% BAC.\u00a0 Streit was released with appearance tickets for the town of Bennington Court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 13, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Samuel J.
