On May 5, 2018 at 10:00 p.m., Troopers out of State Police Warsaw arrested Tyler J. Salamone, 23, of Castile, for Driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs and\/or alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marihuana and other vehicle and traffic infractions.<\/p>\n

Troopers stopped Salamone for speeding on Rt.39 in the Town of Castile. They detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage and a strong odor of marihuana emanating from the vehicle. Salamone was placed under arrest after failing multiple Field Sobriety tests and transported to State Police Warsaw for an evaluation by a drug recognition expert and for processing.<\/p>\n

Salamone was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Castile court on May 21, 2018 at 7:30 PM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
