James C. Davis III, 28, of Eagle Harbor Rd., Albion, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, improper right turn at an intersection, failure to obey a traffic control device and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in the Town of Batavia on May 13, 2018.<\/p>\n

Davis III was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n

He will return to the Town of Batavia Court on June 26, 2018 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Brian A. Knox, 34, of Quaker Rd., Scottsville, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, possession of a hypodermic instrument and inadequate plate lamp after a traffic stop in the area of 7708 Townline road in the Town of Bergen on May 11, 2018.<\/p>\n

Knox is due to appear in court on July 15, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n
