Smith and Kostanciak allegedly allowed drug paraphernalia, including an uncapped needle used for illicit drug use, to be accessible to children who are under the age of 17. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both Smith and Kostanciak were held for CAP Court arraignment on August 19, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorraine M. Nelson, 61, of Newfane, NY, is charged with DWI\/drugs-operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from a lane unsafely, after an accident that occurred on Rt. 63 in the Town of Batavia on May 26, 2023 at 12:51a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nelson was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 7, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
