Brown, 46, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs\/first offense and following too closely after an accident on Rt. 20 in Pavilion on June 21, 2023 at 4:36p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brown was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on September 26, 2023 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael F.
