On 8\/24\/2023, Danny D. Williams Sr., 34, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree. Williams was arrested after an investigation into a disturbance\u00a0on Harvester Avenue on 8\/21, where he allegedly violated an order of protection. Williams was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/28\/2023, Bradley R. Jordan, 30, of Batavia, NY was arrested on a bench warrant, out of Batavia City Court. Jordan was initially arrested on 1\/20\/2023, after a disturbance. He was charged with Aggravated Family Offense, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. A warrant was issued on 2\/4\/2023, after he allegedly failed to appear in court. He was additionally charged with Bail Jumping 2nd degree. Jordan was arraigned and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is due back in Batavia City Court on 9\/27\/2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/25\/2023, Bleyke Z. Culver, 27, of Batavia, NY was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. The arrest is the result of an investigation into an incident where Culver was found inside a residence on Walnut Street, in violation of an order of protection. Culver was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $200 cash bail, $1,500 bond, and $1,500 partially secured bond. He is due back in court on 9\/5\/2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/27\/2023, Victoria L Jacques, 53, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2nd degree. Jacques was arrested following an investigation into a disturbance\u00a0where Jacques allegedly struck another person and grabbed them by the neck. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/27\/2023, Justin M. Witherspoon, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree. It\u2019s alleged that Witherspoon damaged property, during a dispute with a neighbor. Witherspoon was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/12\/2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/29\/2023, Hailee N. Callicutt, 22, of Albion, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Callicutt was initially arrested on 1\/1\/2022, for Obstructing Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest, as well as numerous traffic violations. The warrant was issued on 9\/20\/2022, after Callicutt allegedly failed to appear in court. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due back in Batavia City Court, at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
