Matthew J. Cratsley, 42, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with failure to report a change in address and failure to complete a verification form on June 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
Cratsley allegedly moved and failed to notify the NYS Sex Offender Registry of an address change as required. He also failed to complete an annual verification form.<\/p>\n
Cratsley was arraigned in City Court and held without bail. He re-appeared in City Court on May 18, 2018.<\/p>\n

Brooke L. Brumber, 18, of Washington Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for criminal trespass 2nd\u00a0 after allegedly entering a residence on Washington avenue without permission after being told she was no longer welcome there on May 3, 2018.<\/p>\n
Brumber was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Riecha B. Morris, 34, of Hawks Nest Cir. Greece, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs following an investigation into a reported erratic operation of a motor vehicle complaint on West Main street on May 18, 2018.<\/p>\n
Morris was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on May 23, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n
