Bush, 28, of Silver Springs was arrested on May 15th by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office following a traffic stop on Oatka Road in the Town of Perry on May 15, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Bush was stopped by a Deputy after his vehicle was observed traveling into the opposite lane of travel.<\/p>\n<p>Following a roadside investigation, Bush was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to the Sheriff\u2019s Office where he supplied a breath sample. Bush was charged with failure to keep right, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08 or greater.<\/p>\n<p>Bush was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on June 6, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Joon H. Kim, 58, of Ancaster, Ontario, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 63 in the Town of Covington on May 20, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Kim was stopped for speeding, and was found to have a suspended license in NYS for failure to answer a traffic ticket since 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Kim is charged with speed over 55MPH and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>Kim was arraigned in the Town of Covington Court and he will re-appear on June 18, 2018.
