The owners of the Red Osier are looking for assistance from the public in looking for a suspect who attempted to break into the restaurant and smashed a window of a vehicle in the parking lot yesterday afternoon about 1:50p.m.<\/p>\n

“The man pictured drove up in a gray car located in the background of the photo and had some sort of weapon attached to his hand and certainly intended to harm someone within,” says owner Steven Foster.<\/p>\n

All the doors were locked in the restaurant and he continued to cause property damage by smashing the white car’s windshield out, Foster says.<\/p>\n

Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.<\/p>\n

NYS\u00a0 Police are investigating the incident and anyone with information or who recognizes this individual and car should contact the New York State Police at 585-344-6200<\/p>\n
