Allen, 31, of Medina, NY, charging him with driving while ability Impaired by drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<br>On September 18, 2023, Troopers stopped Allen on South Transit Road in the City of Lockport for a traffic infraction. While interviewing Allen, he was allegedly exhibiting indicators of drug impairment. Allen was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
