Wilson is charged with murder 2nd, a class A-1 felony and could face 25 years to life in state prison on the charge. He is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, he could face 3.5-7 years in state prison on that charge.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Blackshear is charged with attempted assault 1st, a class C felony and could face 15 years in state prison on that charge.<br \/>\nHe is also charged with assault 2nd, a class d felony, and could face 7 years in state prison on that charge.
